Digital X509 Signatures

eForms created by the Aloaha Form Provider can be digitally signed with your X509 Certificate. When you design the form with the online designer just name text fields “esignature”. Such fields will be converted to PDF Signature Fields automatically.

Workflow:

1. Submit your form (HTML or PDF)
2. Once you receive the confirmed PDF by email or in your Adobe Reader just open it with your Adobe Reader and click on the signature field.
3. When the document was signed it can be saved locally.
4. A click on the submit button will send the signed PDF to the business owner of the form.
